Neural Jobs ("we", "us") operates neural-jobs.com, a job-discovery site for roles in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do.
Most listings on this site are indexed from the public careers pages of the companies concerned. Neural Jobs is an independent job-discovery platform. We are not the employer, we do not recruit on any company's behalf, and we are not affiliated with a listed company unless its profile explicitly says so.
When you use the apply action on an indexed listing, you leave this site and continue on the employer's own careers page. Your application, CV and any personal details you provide there go to the employer, not to Neural Jobs. We do not receive, store or process them. The employer's own privacy policy applies from that point.
If direct applications through Neural Jobs are introduced for particular employers in future, the job page will say so plainly before you submit anything.
If you create an account. The name, email address and profile details you enter yourself. You can view and change these at any time from your account settings.
If you contact us. The name, email address and message you submit through the contact form, so that we can reply.
Automatically. A session cookie so the site works, and standard web-server logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email without your explicit request.
We share personal information only with the hosting and infrastructure providers that run this site on our behalf, or where the law requires it. Following an apply link to an employer's site is not sharing by us — you are choosing to visit them.
Account information is kept while your account is open. Contact-form messages are kept while the enquiry is being handled and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
You can review or change your details at any time:
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email hello@neural-jobs.com from the address on the account, and we will action it.
If a listing is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will check it against the employer's source. The employer's own careers page is always the final word on whether a role is open.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
