Job Description

  • Oversee the COMO contract register, tracking renewal dates, obligations, compliance, and lead negotiations, resolve liabilities, flag and resolve restrictive clauses to AI transition.
  • Design, test, and iterate output-based contract templates for specialized AI services (e.g., gold-standard labeling, Human-in-the-Loop, LLM evaluation, and auto-rater oversight) to support rapid piloting and scaling.
  • Implement robust, contractually binding SLA frameworks utilizing technical parameters like precision, recall, data completeness, and annotation accuracy, and architect innovative commercial remedies, service credits, and penalties for quality failures in an AI context, shifting away from legacy headcount or volume-based SLA models.
  • Serve as the Service Delivery Buying Hub contact, ensuring all external contracts strictly adhere to BORM governance.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create an internal vendor intelligence platform that centralizes and synthesizes supplier capabilities, increasing speed to contracting, helping future sourcing and pilot allocations.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sourcing, contract management, vendor operations, or program management within a technical operations environment (e.g., BPO, AI, SaaS, or Trust and Safety).
  • Experience managing end-to-end vendor contract life-cycles, including the development of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
  • Experience leading operational system migrations or platform rollouts in a global environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building internal databases or intelligence platforms to track supplier capabilities and performance.
  • Specific experience transitioning teams to platforms like Lighthouse or equivalent vendor management systems.
  • Conceptual understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, training data requirements, and metrics like precision, recall, and model drift.
  • Proven ability to build operational and commercial frameworks from scratch in areas with no pre-existing playbook.
  • Demonstrated success in shifting vendor models from traditional staff augmentation (T&M) to outcome-oriented, output-priced managed services.
