Annotator Specialist , Community Moderation

We are seeking a dedicated Annotation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of advanced natural language processing models. As an Annotator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality annotated datasets that will be used to train and improve generative AI models. Your meticulous attention to detail and linguistic expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our models. this is an Onsite (Work from office) position and not Hybrid or remote)

Annotation Creation: Develop annotated datasets by carefully annotating and labeling diverse text samples. Domain Expertise: Gain proficiency in understanding and annotating texts across various experiences, organizations and more, to support the creation of specialized models. Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light. Demonstrates knowledge and correct use of departmental resources, policies and procedures. Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned by management.

A day in the life
You will provide labels and annotation for various projects across our organizations, some projects will last longer than others, but expect a variation of different label and annotation requests month to month.

Basic qualifications

- Experience as a Quality Specialist and/or Quality Analyst
- Experience as a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst and conducting analysis and data mining using Excel

Preferred qualifications

- Speak, write, and read fluently in German
