• ボッシュの国内拠点（工場、倉庫、オフィス）における、グローバルコンセプトに基づいたIT/OTインフラ全般の構築・運用管理を担当していただきます。

• システムのトラブルシューティングやコンサルティングを通じて、社内ユーザーが快適かつ円滑に業務を行えるようIT環境を支えていただきます。

[Job Description]

• Responsible for the build, implementation, and operational management of overall IT/OT infrastructure across Bosch domestic locations (plants, warehouses, and offices) in accordance with global architectural concepts.

• Provide seamless IT support and consulting to ensure internal users can conduct business comfortably and efficiently.

• Drive operations and projects forward by collaborating closely with plant engineers, suppliers, and internal engineering departments.

• Promote strategic, forward-looking IT investments by managing asset planning, procurement, and lifecycle management for IT infrastructure equipment.

• Ensure compliance by strictly adhering to Bosch enterprise regulations and applying standard processes to meet security requirements.

• Contribute to continuous organizational improvement and quality enhancement through active participation in regional/global projects and various audits.

[必須の経験・スキル]

• Windows / Linuxサーバーの知識および構築・運用経験

• サイバーセキュリティの原則とベストプラクティスに関する深い理解

• ITILプロセス（インシデント管理 / 問題管理 / 変更管理等）の知識および実務経験

• チームワークを重視し、多様な関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを図れること

• 日本語・英語両方での高度なコミュニケーション能力（日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：TOEIC 700点以上目安）

• 普通自動車第一種運転免許（拠点間移動等のため）

[歓迎する経験・スキル]

• 製造、物流、研究所、または施設管理におけるIT関連業務の実務経験

• データベース（Oracle、MS-SQL等）の知識および運用サポート経験

• 仮想化基盤（VMware、Nutanix等）の知識およびサポート経験

[Required Experience and Skills]

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in building, configuring, and operating Windows and/or Linux servers.

• Strong comprehension of foundational cybersecurity principles and industry best practices.

• Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management, etc.).

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate smoothly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• High-level communication proficiency in both Japanese and English (Japanese: Native level; English: TOEIC 700+ equivalent).

• Valid standard driver's license (required for travel between domestic sites/locations).

[Preferred Experience and Skills]

• IT-related operational experience in manufacturing, logistics, laboratory, or facility management environments.

• Working knowledge and operational support experience with databases (e.g., Oracle, MS-SQL).

• Technical knowledge and support experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Nutanix).

• Knowledge of international regulatory standards and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27002, or IEC 62443

[Required English Proficiency]

• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 points. This level is necessary for collaboration with global teams.
