This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join the team responsible for the design, delivery, and on-going oversight of Benefits for Microsoft employees. Working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, the Global Benefits team partners closely with centers of excellence and business partners across and beyond Human Resources.
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Benefits Manager to drive high-impact outcomes across HR and the broader Microsoft businesses in Israel. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Benefit programs are aligned to our global policy and philosophy framework, competitive in the marketplace, and innovatively respond to the needs of our employees at their various life stages. This opportunity will allow you to partner across HR and business groups, leverage data to drive insights on strategic improvements for programs while overseeing Israel employee Benefit programs and suppliers.
