Binance Accelerator Program - User Experience Product Manager

Responsibilities

Core Platform & AI
• Support product work for Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages
• Assist in optimizing onboarding flows to improve new user conversion
• Help review and improve user journey and UI/UX across key touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams to support exposure and growth initiatives across the App/Web 
Personalization & Recommendation
• Support the design and iteration of recommendation strategies to improve personalized content delivery
• Work with ML/data teams to help organize requirements and track personalization-related initiatives
• Assist in defining and refining product requirements for AI / generative UI experiences based on user scenarios
Cross-functional
• Coordinate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to support product execution
• Help define, track, and analyze key metrics; support experiments and iteration based on data
• Collect and organize user feedback, and help push forward issue resolution and product improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Available 3–5 days per week for at least 6 month, start immediately
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Strong interest in product management, platform products, AI, personalization, or user experience
• Good analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to structure problems clearly
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and execution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and following through on tasks
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or methods is a plus
• Interest in AI/ML products or prior AI-related project experience is a plus
• Experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, internet products, or AI-driven products is a plus
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
