Business Insights Analyst | Process & AI

Join our Operational Information Governance team to transform how Danske Bank uses data, AI and process intelligence. You will turn complex datasets into actionable insights that improve processes and create smarter ways of working. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of business, technology and process improvement.

What you will be doing

You will be part of the Operational Information Governance team within Enterprise Process Management, helping business areas understand and improve their processes through advanced analytics and modern tooling. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders across the organisation, you will support our central Information Model and build process management capabilities.

• Turn operational and process data into actionable insights that drive targeted process improvements and measurable business value.
• Use AI, BI, and advanced analytics to accelerate process analysis, improve decision-making, and uncover optimization opportunities at scale.
• Support new solution development by gathering and analysing business requirements
• Help establish and mature process mining capabilities and related tooling
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate process improvement activities using AI
• Transform complex information from large datasets into meaningful business insights
• Promote data-driven decision-making and build colleagues' data capabilities

About you

• Proven ability to deliver business value through the application of AI and data insights
• Interest in AI and applying it to business analysis and process improvement
• Experience working with data analysis, business insights or business analysis
• Skilled in using BI and data visualisation tools
• Understanding of process mining concepts, ideally with practical experience
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and requirements
• Clear communicator who works well with a broad range of stakeholders
• Enjoys solving problems and turning data into business value

It would be an advantage if you have experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms, process mining tools, knowledge of Python, or experience working in large and complex organisations.

What we offer you

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
