What You'll Do

As a Client Success Account Executive, Clinical, you become the strategic face of Bayesian for health system clients, guiding them from implementation through their entire lifecycle. You'll cultivate executive relationships, design stakeholder engagement strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and clinical outcomes. Your clinical expertise allows you to communicate the value of clinical decision tools while utilizing data to demonstrate impact, optimize workflows, and identify expansion opportunities. You'll gain buy-in from nursing and physician stakeholders, support clinical research evaluation, and contribute to our product roadmap through voice of customer insights. This role requires executive presence, clinical credibility, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Serve as primary point of contact throughout implementation and beyond, cultivating relationships with key clinical and executive stakeholders while designing strategic engagement frameworks.

  • Process Development: Develop repeatable success processes, contribute to product roadmap via voice of the customer, and scale team capabilities as the business grows.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize clinical and operational data to drive decision-making, demonstrate value, reduce time to treatment, and improve patient outcomes across your client portfolio.

  • Adoption & Expansion: Lead cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption among nursing and physician users, building narratives around clinical value that unlock natural expansion into new modules.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting managing high-priority customers with proven track record of driving renewals and expansion.

  • Clinical background as a nurse, therapist, or advanced practitioner with ability to communicate value of clinical decision tools in driving outcomes.

  • Executive presence with ability to lead and influence executive and frontline teams across varying backgrounds.

  • Results-oriented approach with a track record of exceeding expectations and continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years proven ability to drive measurable value and unlock expansion opportunities with health system clients.

  • Experience working with health system executives and utilizing tech platforms to drive clinical and operational value.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving through clinical research or improvement projects.

  • Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate clinical research findings to diverse audiences.
