To help us achieve our objectives, growth, and transformation, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager for the Nordrhein-Westfalen Metro to work alongside the EPC in country to support with the construction project management of a new data centre construction project. The Construction Project Manager will support construction project management on the data centre alongside the Senior Construction Project manager to ensure the project meets Microsoft’s safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets. This role is located in the Nordrhein-Westfalen region of Germany.
Relocation support may be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the specified location.
This role is a site-based role and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.

Construction Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Germany is € 92,800.00 - € 176,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
