What you will be doing

You will join our Corporate Channels team, developing data-driven solutions that empower customers through enhanced self-service and channel capabilities. Working with dedicated and collaborative colleagues, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with engineers and product teams, and continuously assess emerging technologies to create scalable, secure solutions aligned with compliance requirements.

• Define and implement data science strategies for Generative AI initiatives
• Fine-tune and customise pre-trained Generative AI models for specific objectives
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems for business value
• Assess and improve AI solutions by identifying biases and quality challenges
• Design and manage frameworks for experiment tracking and model evaluation
• Analyse complex datasets to uncover insights for business decisions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI solution development
• Familarity with prompt engineering, LLM, conversational AI and AI Agents
• Experience with Generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, and data modelling techniques
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages with ML frameworks
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools and techniques for stakeholder communication
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional team.

Additional experience with large-scale AI/ML systems in regulated industries, building AI/ML community relationships, or developing AI-based co-pilot systems would be valuable.

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
