厂务FCM Controller

Job description* 岗位工作内容

1. 负责长沙 FCM 板块商务与管控工作（占比 50%）

• Budget planning,tracking,reporting and controlling 预算编制、进度跟踪、报表输出及成本管控
• FCM cost allocation in RBCC, service agreement with all value streams in RBCC 负责长沙博世 FCM 成本分摊，对接公司全价值链签订服务协议
• Steering cost spending &saving measures in FCM 管控 FCM 成本支出，落地各类降本增效方案
• Investment controlling 投资管控
• Purchase controlling 采购管控

1. 负责长沙 GR/FCM 板块 CST6 模块工作（占比 50%）

• IFM tasks 综合设施管理相关事务
• Digitalization and sustainability 数字化推进与可持续发展管理
• Commercial support & coordinate 商务支持与跨部门协调
• Process management 流程管理
• Safety topic 安全相关管理工作
• Other work: Dept. assistant 其他工作：部门行政辅助

任职资格要求（Required knowledge competencies and attributes*）

学历：工商管理、财务相关专业本科及以上

1. 拥有 5 年财务或项目管理相关工作经验，具备基础沟通协调能力
2. 拥有 3 年设施 / 安全管理相关经验，熟悉 EHS&QMM 体系基础内容
3. 掌握 EHS&QMM 体系、工程或环境安全相关基础知识，具备成熟财务专业能力
4. 大学英语四级，具备流利英语口语及书面读写能力
