The Experience

The Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program develops future Finance leaders through structured exposure across multiple functions, hands-on project experience, and mentorship from senior leaders. As a member of a small cohort, you complete four six-month rotations across key Finance disciplines and transition into a permanent Finance role upon completion.
We are targeting a start date of June 21, 2027.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions, including Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit, and Finance and Strategy
  • Contribute to high-impact projects, including process improvement, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic initiatives
  • Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

You're Our Person If...
  • You have completed coursework or a project involving financial analysis, data analysis, or accounting
  • You have written and delivered a formal presentation or report to a group
  • You have collaborated on a team project involving members from different functions or backgrounds
  • You have experience using AI Tools and Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analytics

Even Better If...
  • You have completed a prior internship or held work experience in Finance or accounting
  • You have exposure to machine learning concepts or AI tools applied to business problems
  • You have held a leadership role in a club, organization, or extracurricular project

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.

The typical base salary range for this position is $83,000 - $92,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $100,000 annually.

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
