This is a founding product design role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building an agentic integration platform. You will own design end-to-end, working directly with the Chief Product Officer to shape both the product direction and the design language every future hire builds on. The role is hands-on from day one: you design it and you ship it.
Design the agentic UX where users and coding agents collaborate to build enterprise integrations together.
Design the platform UX covering deploys, runtime, observability, and logs for the environment where integrations run.
Implement and ship production frontend code in React and TypeScript directly, with no engineer handoffs.
Establish the design language, component system, and interaction patterns that will define the product going forward.
Work closely with product leadership to inform and shape product strategy from the earliest stage.
1 to 5 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strong craft, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
Proficiency writing and shipping production frontend code in React and TypeScript, not just Figma files.
Experience designing dense, technical B2B SaaS products, ideally with familiarity in agentic or human-computer interaction patterns.
Experience establishing design systems, component libraries, or design language standards.
Proficiency in high-fidelity design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent.
Bonus: experience designing observability, monitoring, or developer-facing platform interfaces.
Bonus: familiarity with AI or agent-based product interfaces.
Desire for a fast-paced, high-intensity, in-person early-stage environment.
Salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity. Full health coverage is included. Visa sponsorship is available.
