What you will be doing

As our GenAI Strategy Consultant, you will bridge the gap between ambitious strategy and measurable results, working directly with senior leadership and the GenAI Tribe to consolidate roadmaps, track progress, and ensure our transformative initiatives stay aligned with business objectives.

• Consolidate GenAI initiatives and maintain strategic execution roadmaps with clear milestones
• Prepare executive reporting materials and track KPIs for senior leadership forums
• Collaborate with the GenAI Tribe and Tech teams to ensure initiatives remain aligned
• Facilitate alignment meetings and provide clarity on strategic priorities and dependencies
• Monitor market trends and benchmarks to maintain competitive positioning

About you

• 3-7 years of experience in strategy execution, business management, or consulting
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and business applications
• Ability to manage strategic portfolios and prepare executive-level reporting
• Skilled stakeholder management with senior leadership experience
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and dashboards for executives

Experience in financial services or technology would be valuable, as would familiarity with OKR frameworks and governance processes.

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
