Lead Engineer - AI & Infrastructure Automation

CTS’ Cloud Network Services (CNS) team is responsible for delivering integrated infrastructure and network services with special focus on security at the foundation. Within CNS, Global Core Infrastructure & Security team is responsible to deliver layered defense in depth technologies and innovation at global scale for the core and shared services infrastructure. This role entails leading and defining the strategy of Critical Infrastructure and Cyber components and related programs across the Core Infrastructure & Security domain.

The role includes both Run the Bank and Change Back Activities, however heavily focused on Change the Bank activities designing and managing new capabilities such as improved security observability, telemetry, focus on AI and automation, significant focus on uplifting development engineering and related activities as it pertains to infrastructure with heavy emphasize on Agentic AI development and related integration

Change the Bank activities involve focus on Agentic AI, automation efficacy, capacity and overall user experience for end to end automation, including infrastructure deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a virtual team of Infrastructure & Security professionals.
• Lead CTB transformational and RTB activities across CNS and act as focal point managing cyber security / infrastructure platforms
• Lead, design, own and deliver inventory and automation and agentic AI on a global scale focusing on all related technologies – such as Firewall, Routers/Switches, Proxies, Load Balancers and so forth.
• Deliver end-to-end dashboards of critical security service based data (such as firewall performance) and use AI inferencing to forecast trends
• Work with Transformation Program Directors, Senior Architects, Steering Committees on execution of perimeter security and edge security programs
• Work with global cyber security industry partners on influencing next generation cyber technology, take part in related R&D efforts.
• Responsible for inventory, accuracy and engineering excellence activities for assigned services and products.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 10+ years of relevant cybersecurity and/or IT experience
• Leadership roles across technology or cybersecurity leading large programs or transformational activities
• Proven track record of delivering security observability platforms such as telemetry data for performance and/or user experience.
• Experience with AI/ML development tools – TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI and LLM infrastructure and integrations
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work with cross functional teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and oral communication as well as strong presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or equivalent work experience
