Lead Group Product Manager, Commerce, PayTrust

• Manage a small group of product managers working closely with across various Product Areas, developing and articulating long term direction and strategy to understand short and long-term abuse challenges.
• Execute against your roadmaps and adjust them tactically as needed.
• Develop, articulate, and implement AI integration strategy across the group and in our product offering.
• Establish an impact measurement framework and key performance indicators and manage them and relevant Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Extend foundational capabilities of the platform through new challenges, identity verifications, and trust signals.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 5 years of experience in fraud and risk management, counter-abuse, trust and safety, or identity verification platforms.
• Experience leading internal product initiatives cross-functionally with engineering and senior level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's or other advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or another quantitative or analytical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working within the Payments Risk ecosystem or building identity verification solutions.
• Experience launching products based on machine learning.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of building consensus among executive stakeholders regarding long-term organizational transformation strategy (e.g. digital transformation, AI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive drive to understand complex system internals.
