Hardware Design Validation Engineer - Memory Subsystem

Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.
We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to own PCBA-level test development and validation across all our custom electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and validating ICT (In-Circuit Test), FCT (Functional Circuit Test), and end-of-line diagnostics for our board builds — from prototype through mass production.
This role is highly hands-on and requires regular travel to overseas contract manufacturers (CMs). You will work closely with electrical engineering, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure all test systems are robust, scalable, and capable of identifying issues before boards ever reach final assembly.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $160,000 and $250,000 annually.
