Motor Product Manager – Humanoid Robot_RBCN

1. Product Strategy, market analysis and Definition:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for humanoids motors
• Communicate with the OEM, analyze the robot structure and determine the requirements for all motors
• Responsible for translating customer requirements into technical specifications
• Responsible for translating technical specifications into product design
• Develop a medium- and long-term product roadmap for motors
• Responsible for continuous product optimization and improvement

产品战略、市场分析与产品定义：

• 针对人形机器人，定义并管理机器人电机的产品路线图
• 与机器人本体公司沟通，分析机器人结构，并确定所有电机的需求
• 负责将客户需求转换成技术规格书
• 负责将技术规格落实成产品设计
• 制定中长期电机产品路线图
• 负责持续的产品优化及改进

2. Product development management: responsible for the entire product development process from concept to mass production, specifically including:

• Organize product Concept Review and Technical Review.
• Facilitate the R&D team to complete the prototype development.
• Manage performance, cost, and progress during product development.
• Organize prototype testing and customer validation.
• Promote a closed-loop process for addressing design issues, testing problems, and customer feedback.
• Promote the transition of products from prototype to mass production.

产品开发管理：负责从概念到量产的产品开发全过程，具体包括：

• 组织产品概念评审及技术评审。
• 推动研发团队完成样机开发。
• 管理产品开发过程中的性能、成本和进度。
• 组织样机测试及客户验证。
• 推动设计问题、测试问题及客户反馈闭环。
• 推动产品从样机向量产产品转换。

3. Product Sales support & administration: support front-end and application colleagues to solve all product related problems. Establish knowledge of motor products and publish information. Track sales data, support logistics, after-sales and service business; all operations and strategic support for products and systems throughout the product lifecycle and pricing, documents, product phase-in / out in the market, product project control, etc.
产品销售支持及管理：支持前端及应用同事解决所有产品相关的问题。建立带电机产品知识并发布信息。跟踪销售数据，支持物流，售后及服务业务；在产品寿命周期内所有的操作及战略产品及系统的支持，市场定位和价格，产品文档，产品在市场的导入和退出，产品项目控制等

• Motivation, team spirit, project diving qualities 积极性，团队精神，项目推动能力
• Bachelor's degree or above in fields such as electrical engineering or automation or related majors. Master’s degree preferred. 电气工程、自动化相关专业本科及以上学历. 硕士学历优先
• Min. 5 years professional experience in product development experience in motor or power electronics, plus min. 3 years product management experience in MNC. 5年以上的电机或电子电气类似的产品开发经验，3年以上的跨国公司项目管理经验，
• Priority: Experience in practical experience in robot motor product development, mass production, or customer Design-in are preferred 优先考虑：有实际参与过机器人用机器人电机产品开发、量产或客户Design-in经验者优先
• Strong AI mindset and practical application capabilities 具备强AI思维和应用的能力
• Communication skills in oral and written English 英文口语和书写沟通能力
