Job Summary
The People Relations and Compliance (PRC) Specialist supports the Global HR Compliance Lead in the administration, governance, and execution of key global HR compliance programs. The role serves as a central coordination point for HR Crisis Management, Business Continuity Planning, HR Policy Management, Internal and External Audits, and operational support across the Employee Relations (ER), Labor Relations (LR), and HR Compliance functions.
This position partners with HR, Employment Law, Risk Management, and business stakeholders to promote compliance, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and governance across the People Organization globally. The role requires strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex global environment.

Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications in HR, Compliance, Audit, Risk, Business Continuity, or Project Management are preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Operations, Risk Management, Audit, Governance, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting global or multinational organizations across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Experience coordinating enterprise-wide programs, governance processes, compliance initiatives, or risk management activities.
• Experience developing and administering global processes, standards, frameworks, policies, and controls.
• Experience supporting leadership teams through audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments, corrective action planning, and remediation activities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders in a matrixed global environment.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a global environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employment practices, investigations governance, labor relations, and policy management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong follow-through and accountability
