Product Manager, Customer Incentives and Growth Platforms

• Serve as the central product leader uniting cross-functional partners—including Software Engineering, UX/Design, Product Marketing, Customer Operations, Data Science, and Trust and Safety/Risk.
• Lead the proactive use of AI tools and reasoning models to conduct deep quantitative and market research, analyze user journeys, test behavioral hypotheses, and rapidly prototype novel incentive mechanics and conversational workflows.
• Own the multi-quarter strategy and technical roadmap for core customer incentive and reward charters, aligning product bets with broader business growth, customer retaining, and payback goals.
  
• Design robust MCP tool schemas and API interfaces that empower autonomous agents and conversational assistants to deliver personalized promotional recommendations.
• Design and execute rigorous A/B testing and flighting strategies to evaluate hypotheses, measure causal incrementality, and analyze redemption vs. breakage economics.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  
• Experience in customer incentive platforms, promotional engines, loyalty/rewards systems, billing/fintech, growth engineering, or business generation mechanics.
• Experience managing ambiguity, proactively anticipating technical or operational roadblocks, and turning complex platform constraints into seamless customer experiences.
• Practical proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools and agents for deep product research, market synthesis, user journey mapping, and rapid feature prototyping.
