Product Manager, Search Ads in AI Experiences

• Reinvent Search ads for new AI experiences, including AI Mode and AI Overviews.
• Experiment with a wide variety of new ad experiences and launch successful features.
  
• Navigate Search Ads through the AI platform shift by leveraging Gemini to provide excellent user and advertiser value with ads in AI experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
• 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
• 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
• Experience using SoTA LLMs to create new product experiences (e.g., prompting or SFT with Gemini to create user-visible experiences).
  
• Experience with scaled Search, Recommendation, or Ads products.
