Product Marketing Manager

About the role:

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

Creative Fabrica is building and launching AI products at a very high pace. New tools, models and capabilities are continuously being added to the platform, and we want every meaningful launch to receive the attention and distribution it deserves.

That's where you come in. As our Product Marketing Manager, you sit directly between Product, Creative and our marketing channels. You understand what Product is building, determine how important each launch is, turn it into a clear story, and coordinate the entire marketing organization to bring that story to market. You are the central connection between Product and Marketing.

You will not personally create every asset or operate every channel. Your responsibility is to make sure everyone knows what we are launching, why people should care, what story we are telling, what needs to be created, where it will be distributed and when everything needs to happen. This is a highly execution-oriented role: success means great products do not quietly appear inside the platform - they launch with a clear story, strong creative and coordinated distribution.

What you will do: 

• Own the launch process - run the marketing process for new products, tools, features and major product improvements end to end
• Stay ahead of the roadmap - work closely with Product teams to maintain visibility into what's coming, and understand new products deeply enough to identify the strongest benefits, use cases and angles
• Tier every launch - classify launches by importance and determine the appropriate level of marketing support and distribution
• Define the story - set the positioning, key message and target audience for each major launch, turning technical capabilities into simple, compelling reasons why users should care
• Write the launch brief - give every marketing and creative team the context they need, and define which creative assets, educational content and demonstrations each launch requires
• Coordinate Creative - work with our Graphic Designer, Motion Designers, Video Editor and Educational Content Producer to ensure launch assets are produced on time
• Build the distribution plan - coordinate with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, Lifecycle, PR and other channel owners, giving them the information and creative ammunition they need while letting them decide how the story is best told on their channel
• Run the timeline - manage launch timelines, responsibilities and deadlines across all teams, and turn larger launches into a concentrated moment of attention rather than a collection of disconnected posts
• Measure and improve - monitor launch performance across channels, run post-launch reviews, and build templates and playbooks that let us launch increasingly quickly without creating bureaucracy

What you will need: 

• 2+ years of experience - in product marketing, growth marketing, product or marketing project management, including coordinating cross-functional product or feature launches
• Positioning and storytelling skills - a strong grasp of messaging and product storytelling, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits
• Strong project management - you can coordinate multiple marketing channels and creative disciplines simultaneously and write clear, actionable launch and creative briefs
• Channel understanding - you know how the same product story needs to be adapted across different digital platforms, and you're comfortable using performance data to evaluate launches
• Exceptional coordination - you naturally get different people moving toward the same deadline and objective, and you're comfortable pushing for decisions, assets and deadlines when necessary
• High ownership - you never assume someone else will make sure a launch happens, and you create clarity even when information is incomplete or constantly changing
• AI curiosity and sharp English - a strong interest in AI, willingness to develop deep knowledge of generative AI products, and excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have: 

• AI or consumer tech launches - experience launching AI, SaaS or consumer digital products, and hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and models
• High-frequency shipping - experience in a company that ships products and features at a very high pace, including tiered launch frameworks for different levels of importance
• Multi-channel coordination - launches spanning organic social, creators, PR, lifecycle and content, working closely with designers, video editors and content creators
• Playbook building - experience creating launch playbooks and scalable marketing processes
