As the Regional AI Business Lead, you will be an aggressive overlay hunter leading high-impact, campaign-driven sales cycles across your assigned region. Acting as the ultimate AI subject matter expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor to non-traditional AI personas—including Chief AI Officers (CAIOs), Chief Digital Officers (CDOs), Directors of Data Science, and Enterprise Architects, helping them eliminate the performance limitations of legacy infrastructure so their AI models can store, think, and act at limitless scale You will play a critical role in enabling our sales teams, strengthening partner ecosystems, and ensuring our AI solutions drive measurable impact for the world’s leading enterprises.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive AI-Focused Campaigns & Deal Origination: Originate, lead, and execute high-value, complex sales campaigns specifically designed to support enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and GenAI/Agentic AI workloads.
• Serve as Field Sales Partner & Advisor: Partner with Field Sales Account Executives, Field Solution Architects, AI Specialists, and Systems Engineers to serve as the primary "go-to" expert for positioning Everpure’s AI value proposition in complex sales cycles.
• Engage C-Suite & AI Personas: Build deep, trust-based relationships with executive enterprise buyers (CAIOs, CDOs, Lead Data Scientists), translating technical GPU-adjacent infrastructure needs into compelling, executive-level business outcomes.
• Quantify AI ROI: Co-develop rigorous, board-ready financial and operational ROI frameworks that justify large-scale infrastructure investments by showcasing hard-dollar savings and accelerated AI model training timelines.
• Execute MEDDIC Sales Discipline: Maintain strict pipeline discipline, rigorous forecasting, and account planning using the BVS and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC framework to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement cycles.
• Orchestrate Partner & Channel Ecosystems: Partner with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), strategic alliance vendors, and specialized AI channel partners to design joint go-to-market strategies across key verticals like Financial Services, Life Sciences/Pharma, Retail, and the Public Sector.
• Develop Sales Enablement Tools: Build playbooks, use cases, and reference architectures that help territory sales teams articulate Everpure's AI capabilities and accelerate high-value deals.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead matrixed deal teams—including AEs, SEs, Product Management, and Executive Leadership—to architect tailored solutions for complex customer AI pipelines.

WHAT YOU BRING

• AI & HPC Sales Track Record: 5 + years of enterprise technology sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
• Deep Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of High-Performance Computing (HPC), high-performance data analytics, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and emerging AI trends (LLMs, Agentic AI, intelligent automation), alongside the role infrastructure plays in GPU performance.
• Target Persona Mastery: Demonstrated success in selling to and influencing technical and strategic decision-makers (Data Scientists, CAIOs, CDOs, CISOs) rather than relying solely on traditional IT procurement teams.
• Consultative, Value-First Approach: Proven ability to help enterprise customers transition from "AI experimentation" to disciplined, enterprise-wide AI deployment.
• Sales Methodology Discipline: Complete fluency in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and Business Value Selling (BVS) methodologies.
• Tech-Enabled Selling: Personal adoption of AI-powered sales tools to optimize pipeline reporting, forecast accuracy, and build highly tailored, data-driven customer presentations.
• Elite Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to deeply simplify technical AI and infrastructure concepts into concise, business-oriented narratives.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a business-focused equivalent (M.S. in Management or MBA is a strong plus).
