Research Scientist – IoT and Computing X_CR

- Research and development in the field of IoT and computing X
- Scouting and prototyping innovative product concepts for application in IOT@Life, industrial and other fields
- Cooperation with Bosch business units in China and worldwide for requirement analysis, technology transfer, and to evaluate market attractiveness of innovation projects
- Based on the actual situation of business and R&D, continuously optimize the project roadmap, coordinate resources across teams, identify risks, resolve issues, and deliver results
- Design system architectures based on customer requirements for various research projects
- Lead activities from ideation to SOP and market release, ensuring product reliability and process traceability
- Collaborate with leading Chinese research institutes and participate in / lead joint projects
- Analyze technology and market trends and derive impacts on research strategy and identify key partners

- Excellent master degree, ideally Ph.D., in the field of computer science, electronic engineering, artificial intelligence, IoT, or a related field
- Project management experience, as well as international experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience leading products from ideation to mass production, with a focus on product quality and scalability
- Strong team player with autonomous and efficient working style
- Passion for innovation, problem solving & entrepreneurial mindset
- Initiative and ability to lead research projects and implementation of research results in industrial environment
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written)
