Sales Associate

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of small to medium partners from A to Z, with the goal of converting potential partners into active merchants on the Wolt platform. 

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• You will be working with new potential restaurant and retail partners and managing the sales process from A to Z. That means handling inbound calls but also researching leads, conducting meetings and market visits, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
• Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms and continuing ownership for the relationship until the onboarding and account management teams step in.
• Guide potential partners through the KYC/KYB process by clarifying requirements and ensuring that information is completed correctly.
• Work cross function with the Merchant Services and Account management team. Maintaining new and existing merchants in both restaurant and retail by negotiating commissions, ownership changes, after sales management following internal processes. 
• Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data. 

Our humble expectations

• Previous experience in sales, inside sales, customer support, onboarding, business development, or partner relations is a plus.
• Building relationships is your second nature - you can build relationships and tailor the offering and business model to a specific partner based on various parameters
• Structured - you are good at managing your time and pipeline to reach the goals. Experience with any CRM tools is an advantage;
• Experience within the retail or Horeca industry is a plus;
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both verbal and written.
• Driving license required;
