Senior Product Manager - Tech, Selection Economics

The International Seller Services team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead Selection Economics and growth.

In this role, you will lead Amazon's strategy to drive third-party selection growth in emerging & established markets by identifying selection gaps, developing acquisition strategies, and building AI-native solutions that connect sellers with manufacturers at scale. You will own both the "what" (which selection to grow, in which categories, for which markets) and the "how" (an AI-native platform that automates the seller-manufacturer coordination lifecycle end-to-end). You will partner with data, science, and engineering teams to build and scale this platform across sourcing countries and marketplaces.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize selection gaps using unmet demand signals, category growth trajectories, competitive density, and seller economics to determine where new selection creates the most customer value
- Create frameworks to evaluate selection opportunities across marketplaces, balancing customer demand, manufacturer supply capability, landed-cost economics, and seller profitability.
- Lead cross-border selection initiatives, identifying successful selection patterns in one market and scaling them across geographies.
- Build measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of new selection initiatives on GMS, selection breadth, and marketplace health.
- Own the product roadmap for an AI-native platform that connects sellers with manufacturers to grow selection across the full lifecycle: opportunity discovery, demand consolidation, production coordination, fulfillment, and post-order launch
- Partner with data, science, and engineering teams to develop and scale selection growth offerings.
- Drive alignment across regional teams to ensure consistent execution of global selection strategy while accommodating local market needs.
- Define the operational model for how AI-native automation and human account management work together: where the platform acts autonomously and where humans add value

Basic qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with LLMs, agentic AI systems, or generative AI applications in a product management capacity, including defining requirements for AI-powered automation and making build-vs-buy decisions for ML components in production systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven matching, recommendation, or marketplace optimization systems (e.g., demand-supply matching, knowledge graphs, RAG architectures) and ability to translate science outputs into scalable product features.
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI systems, defining automation boundaries, establishing trust/safety guardrails, and measuring AI performance through precision, recall, coverage, and customer outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
