  • Build scalable interviewer enablement programs that strengthen how hiring teams evaluate candidates, including scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices
  • Drive the change management strategy for new selection and assessment programs, owning stakeholder alignment, enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking to ensure frameworks land consistently across teams
  • Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection programs, using data to validate assessment effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on evaluation criteria
  • Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting new assessment tools, techniques, and vendor solutions, establishing a framework for experimentation and continuous improvement

  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from concept through execution, with demonstrated ability to build detailed project plans, hold stakeholders accountable, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company
  • Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness, including defining KPIs, analyzing hiring outcomes, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Strong preference for background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods, with experience applying selection science to talent evaluation design
