The Opportunity at Komodo Health
The Engineering and Product Operations team is the execution engine for Komodo's Technology and Product organization. We drive cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering, run planning across the org, and own the release and quality foundation that scales as Komodo grows.
This Senior TPM owns programs that span multiple teams and directly shape how and when new capabilities reach customers, with particular depth on the data platform that the entire product portfolio is built on, so the programs you run set the pace for everything downstream. You will lead initiatives end-to-end, run planning across the organization, and own release gating, partnering closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and platform teams. Your impact will be felt across every milestone Komodo ships.

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards.
