Senior UX Design Manager, YouTube Studio and Support

• Drive the long-term User Experience (UX) goal for YouTube Studio and Creator Support, ensuring alignment across YouTube.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary UX team across Zurich and Bangalore, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content Design to influence stakeholders and align regional strategies.
• Advocate for scalable design systems while leveraging AI capabilities to enhance creator workflows and experience consistency.
• Maintain high visual and interaction quality standards while making informed product decisions grounded in creator needs.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
  
• 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
  
• 3 years of work experience working with executive leaders.
