Job Description

About the Role

This role owns the full social media and content presence for an AI-native immigration law firm, sitting within the marketing function and reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will transform expert legal content into premium, editorial-quality visuals and short-form video that make immigration law clear, accessible, and engaging for a growing audience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other channels.

  • Build and maintain a content calendar that balances timely immigration news with evergreen educational content.

  • Design high-quality graphics, carousels, and visual templates from material supplied by the legal writing team.

  • Appear on camera and film, edit, and publish polished short-form video (Reels, Shorts) with strong pacing, captions, and hooks.

  • Uphold and evolve brand guidelines so every published asset looks and feels consistent.

  • Track performance metrics and iterate content strategy based on what drives growth and engagement.

  • Represent the brand at industry and community events in person.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in social media, content design, or growth marketing, ideally at an early-stage startup.

  • A strong design eye with a portfolio demonstrating premium, editorial-quality social content across multiple professional projects.

  • Confidence and polish on camera, with proven ability to clearly explain complex or regulated topics in short-form video.

  • Solid video editing skills including transitions, captions, hooks, and platform-native techniques.

  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one creative tool such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or a comparable equivalent.

  • Excellent written communication and judgment when translating dense, compliance-sensitive topics for a general audience.

  • Experience marketing trust-heavy or regulated services such as legal tech, fintech, or healthcare is a strong plus.

  • Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus.

  • Personal connection to immigration, international mobility, or immigrant communities is a plus.
