• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions that power Microsoft's products and services.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative features and customer-focused experiences.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code while following engineering best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
• Leverage data and customer insights to continuously improve product quality and user experience.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas that drive innovation across products and platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, or Rust.
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with software development tools, debugging techniques, and version control systems.
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow as a software engineer.
• Internship, research, project, or open-source experience in software development.
• Experience building applications, services, platforms, or AI-powered solutions.
• Familiarity with machine learning, artificial intelligence, data engineering, or large-scale service operations.
• Experience developing web, mobile, desktop, or backend applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and creating technologies that positively impact users around the world.
