The Windows Agents, Growth and Innovation team is building the next generation of intelligent experiences for Windows. We are looking for a Software Engineer II who enjoys solving customer problems and building high-quality product experiences. In this role, you will design, implement, test, and improve features across the Windows platform. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, design, and applied science partners to translate customer scenarios into reliable software. This opportunity is ideal for an engineer who is eager to grow their technical skills, learn from experienced teammates, and deliver features used by customers at scale.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
