  • Performance Optimization: Assist in developing efficient and scalable software, learning how to optimize performance for high-throughput systems and real-time monitoring.

  • System Diagnostics: Help develop features that connect hardware behavior with software-level diagnostics and analysis.

  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with hardware, firmware, and driver teams to solve real-world technical challenges.

  • Learning & Growth: Gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle, from understanding hardware specifications to deployment and validation.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 0–4 years of experience in software development (internships or academic projects are welcome).

  • Strong programming skills in Python and a willingness to learn and improve.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet, or InfiniBand).

  • Familiarity with Linux environments.

  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience from internships or academic projects related to systems, networking, or hardware.

  • Exposure to performance optimization or debugging tools.

  • Basic knowledge of C/C++ or low-level programming.

  • Familiarity with Linux internals or system-level development.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
