Role Summary /Objectives:

We are seeking a meticulous and process-oriented ML Data Ops Analyst to ensure the reliable execution and monitoring of data pipelines supporting alert generation activities. The primary responsibilities include adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee timely and accurate alert delivery, as well as contributing to minor operational improvements. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in SQL and Python, foundational knowledge of AWS S3, and familiarity with scheduling tools such as Tidal. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee the execution of routine data pipeline processes and verify the successful completion of all stages involved in alert generation. 

• Perform comprehensive validation of alert outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with predefined logic. 

• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, incorporating checklist-driven validations. 

• Assist with minor modifications or configuration changes to alert logic or pipeline structure. 

• Maintain detailed operational documentation, including execution logs, issue trackers, and version history records. 

• Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) related to alert delivery and ensure strict adherence to established timelines. 

• Monitor and troubleshoot model performance and system issues. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• ~1+ years of experience in data operations or alert generation roles. 

• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and validation. 

• Basic proficiency in Python for data handling, automation, or script-based validations.  

• Ability to follow structured processes and perform routine quality checks with discipline. 

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in checklist or SOP-driven environments. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities with effective stakeholder management skills. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Familiarity with job orchestration and scheduling tools such as Tidal or equivalent platforms. 

• Foundational understanding of cloud-based platforms, such as Databricks. 

• Exposure to cloud storage services like AWS S3, including basic navigation and file management. 

• Experience working with ticketing or issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). 

• Prior involvement in enhancing operational workflows or automating routine quality checks. 

• B-Tech/ MCA (Computer Sciences)
