The role
Own the roadmap for Wayve’s development and experimentation vehicle platforms—where software, hardware, and operations meet to make rapid iteration possible. You’ll partner across engineering, program management, and internal teams to turn platform requirements into scalable capabilities that accelerate experiments, data collection, and deployments. This is a hands-on, high-trust role focused on making smart tradeoffs and delivering platforms that enable Wayve’s priorities (and, where relevant, customer programs) to move faster and more reliably.

This role is a full-time role based in Sunnyvale, CA (hybrid) and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $276,100 to $311,400, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. At Wayve we want the best of all worlds so we operate a hybrid working policy that combines time together in our offices and workshops to fuel innovation, culture, relationships and learning, and time spent working from home.
