UX & Pricing Analyst

YOUR MISSION

As a Category Management UX Analyst, you will turn pricing, catalogue and customer-behaviour data into decisions that make Glovo's shopping experience easier, more competitive and more profitable. You will own the analytical backbone for category UX optimisation, helping the business identify friction, test solutions and scale what works.

THE JOURNEY 

Build and maintain clear reporting on pricing, availability, catalogue quality, funnel conversion, AOV and margin.

• Diagnose performance gaps across categories, SKUs and customer segments and translate findings into prioritised actions.

• Benchmark prices and assortment against competitors and identify KVIs and opportunities to improve customer value perception.

• Design and evaluate A/B tests across pricing, promotions, product placement, content and customer journeys, including guardrail metrics.

• Partner with Category, Operations, Supply, Marketing/Growth, Product, Finance and Data teams to implement recommendations.

• Improve catalogue discoverability and conversion through better taxonomy, images, descriptions, search and placement.

• Create scalable dashboards, routines and playbooks that embed data-led category and UX decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Experience in pricing, analytics or UX optimisation, ideally in e-commerce, Q-commerce, retail or FMCG.

• Strong analytical capability and hands-on proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and BI or visualisation tools.

• Familiarity with behavioural analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or Google Analytics.

• A sound understanding of A/B testing, experimentation design and metric selection.

• Commercial judgement and the ability to balance customer experience, growth and margin.

• Strong attention to detail across catalogue, pricing structures and UX flows.

• Clear communication and proven cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Fluent written and spoken English. Exposure to pricing algorithms or app-based product environments is a plus.
