负责创建训练数据集，包括挖掘实车数据与构建仿真数据
负责AI规划模型预处理与后处理模块的设计与实现
负责AI规划模型的评估工作，涵盖仿真环境开环测试、实车闭环测试等全链路验证
计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、自动化、车辆工程、机电一体化、电子工程等相关专业硕士或博士学位，且具备3年以上工作经验
具备扎实编程能力，熟悉C++/Python语言，掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架，熟悉常用数据结构
拥有扎实的人工智能理论基础，在CNN、RNN/GRU/LSTM、Transformer、GNN、Diffusion、模仿学习、强化学习等技术领域中，至少两个方向具备丰富的研究或工程经验
对自动驾驶行业充满热情，具备良好沟通能力和团队协作精神
优先考虑：
具备端到端自动驾驶研发经验者
参与过高阶智能驾驶系统量产项目者
在顶级AI会议/期刊（如CVPR、ICLR、NeurIPS、ICML等）发表过学术论文者
