Our AI Experiences, Microsoft Edge team is looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier for the Corporate Vice President, Edge and the Edge Leadership Team. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, people rhythms, product strategy, and leadership effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will lead the translation of strategic priorities into operating mechanisms, decision forums, team rhythms, and measurable follow-through, as well as contribute to product and organizational strategy.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who combines operational excellence with genuine product fluency, business and financial acumen, and sound judgment in complex organizational matters. The person will be a trusted advisor, an execution engine, and a connective force across Edge and its partners.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
