You Are:
A mission‑driven learning and Evaluation Specialist who is passionate about equipping government clients with practical, safe, and effective AI literacy. You thrive on building foundational understanding, demystifying emerging technology, and ensuring federal healthcare teams feel confident adopting responsible Agentic AI and generative AI tools. You are highly analytical and operate behind the scenes to measure what’s working, identify gaps, and refine what comes next.
The Work:
You will lead efforts to strengthen AI literacy across a large-scale government agency by developing training programs, curated learning paths, and mission‑aligned use cases that show how Agentic AI and generative AI can support clinicians, administrators, and operational staff. You will help the teams understand what AI can do, when to use it, and how to leverage the technology safely and effectively within federal guidelines.
You’ll collaborate with Government partners to identify priority needs, deploy training, and measure adoption. You will evaluate training effectiveness, track outcomes, and translate insights into recommendations that enhance program maturity and readiness. Your work enables government agencies to adopt advanced AI responsibly and confidently, supporting improved care delivery and operational excellence.
