Group Product Manager, Google Labs

• Work in a cross-functional team to create AI products that meet scientists' needs and help advance research.
• Work closely with research teams in GDM, Google Research, and Cloud to develop and apply LLM and GenAI research breakthroughs into products and features.
• Develop an understanding of language technologies and an approach to applying them in product contexts.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  
• 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  
• 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting).
  
• 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  
• 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  
• Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.
