What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of priority publisher accounts, developing senior relationships across the highest-potential targets
• Run customer discovery conversations to diagnose needs and identify lighthouse opportunities
• Scope and negotiate pilot partnerships, working with Product/Engineering to shape the solution
• Close commercial agreements and convert pilots into paying customers
• Own pricing, packaging and forecasting as NDot's commercial approach takes shape
• Build the core GTM motion — pitch, discovery, pilot scoping, CRM and forecasting — from scratch
• Create a tight feedback loop with Product/Engineering, translating customer needs, objections and usage insights into product priorities
• Refine NDot's target customer profile, packaging and pricing based on early customer evidence
• Once the publisher motion is established, help scope and test expansion into one adjacent content vertical

What You'll Bring

Must-have

• Enterprise sales and discovery, pipeline building, negotiation/closing, pilot scoping, pricing and forecasting skills
• Executive presence, strong relationship building, commercial judgment, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity
• Senior B2B sales/BD experience, a track record of closing complex enterprise deals, and experience building or helping build a 0→1 GTM motion

Nice to have

• Growth, engagement, monetization or technical/platform sales experience
• Strong product instinct and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Publisher/media, adtech/martech or consumer-platform experience, ideally with existing senior publisher relationships
• Background at scaled consumer/platform companies with publisher-facing teams (e.g., Google/YouTube, Meta, Apple News, Amazon/AWS), publisher/media platforms (e.g., Taboola/Outbrain/Teads, Piano, Arc XP, Chartbeat), or strong enterprise platform sellers (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Stripe, Twilio/Segment)
