HR Executive - Event Management

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Gather event requirements from stakeholders and define the event objectives, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors for venue, catering, stage setup, branding, audio-visual equipment, photography, entertainment, transportation, and giveaways.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Facilities, Security, IT, Administration, Communications, Finance, and Procurement to ensure event readiness.
• Manage on-site event execution, including vendor coordination, participant support, issue resolution, and adherence to the event schedule.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and quality requirements throughout the event.
• Complete vendor invoice verification, budget reconciliation, and event closure activities.
• Maintain event documentation, reports, photographs, attendance records, and stakeholder communications for future reference and audits.

 

Educational qualification: Any Graduate/Post graduate

Experience : 2-4 years in event management

Mandatory/requires Skills : Event planning, administration and execution, vendor management, stakeholder management, knowledge on procurement activities, crowd management

Preferred Skills : MS Office, good communication skills, proficiency in local language
