HR & Office Intern

The Wow

As our HR & Office Intern, you will play an important role in creating an excellent employee and visitor experience in our Budapest office. This is a 1-year fixed-term internship, requiring a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, and is fully onsite from our Budapest office. You will support the local HR team, help keep the office environment running smoothly, and contribute to employee events and Betsson Employee Experience activities.

This is a great opportunity to learn how HR and office operations work within an international organisation while taking ownership of meaningful day-to-day activities.

A taster of what you will be involved with

• Supporting the HR team with the administration of employee benefits and perks, including health insurance, team-building activities, and fire and safety-related matters
• Contributing to a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding
• Assisting the Recruitment team with employer branding activities and events
• Managing the reception area and welcoming employees, candidates, visitors, and suppliers
• Helping to maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised office environment
• Coordinating office-related suppliers, orders, and deliveries
• Supporting the planning and delivery of Budapest office events
• Collaborating with the Global HR team on local employee experience initiatives
• Supporting the Budapest BEE Forum and other Betsson Employee Experience activities
• Assisting your manager and the wider HR team with additional HR and office-related tasks when required

What we are looking for

• Ongoing higher education or finished secondary education
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A friendly, helpful, and service-minded approach
• Confidence communicating with different colleagues, visitors, and external partners
• Proactivity and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
• The ability to manage several priorities in a structured way
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, event support, or HR is an advantage, but not essential
