  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, hiring managers, HRBPs, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and empathetic guidance.
  • Partner with external immigration counsel and service providers to prepare filings, manage case progress, and resolve issues through completion.
  • Case Operations and Compliance
  • Track case status, deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify risks, communicate impacts, and escalate time-sensitive matters to drive cases to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and deliver clear reporting on immigration program activity and operational trends.
  • HRIS and Process Operations
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for HRIS-related Jira tickets, including data errors, workflow failures, and access issues, resolving issues within the system whenever possible.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and HR Operations teammates to translate process needs into effective system configuration and workflow changes.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures to support consistency, auditability, and knowledge continuity.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, program management, or immigration case management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing employment-based immigration processes and working with external immigration counsel or service providers.
  • Proven program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate, for reporting, workflow automation, and process management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, accuracy, and confidentiality skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HR operations and/or immigration in a high-growth technology or semiconductor company.
  • Familiarity with global mobility and cross-border immigration processes beyond the United States.
  • PMP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or related certification.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of process improvement and operational scaling.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, service desk tools such as Jira, and workflow or case-management systems.

Salary range is $117,000 to $130,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
