Talent Sourcer - Machine Learning

You will work directly with managers and recruiters to identify, source, and screen qualified candidates along with making recommendations for process improvements and providing market intelligence. What you’ll do:

• Source ML & DL researchers and engineers for high impact roles within Susquehanna
• Work with managers to define hiring needs and create a sourcing strategy for each role
• Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative outreach to attract perspective candidates 
• Measure the success of your sourcing and outreach through tracking metrics and making recommendations based on your findings
