HR Specialist- Training & Learning

Responsible for coordinating training & learning processes, plans, programs, through detection of training and learning needs and the identification of the required competencies, considering the corporate guidelines, and adhering to the current legal framework.

1. Define and implement the strategy for the training and learning area with the support of Backoffice Team Leader.
2. Align the learning and training strategy and global/local policies of the organization to the specific needs elaborating local procedures.
3. Identify and analyze the training and development needs based on the evaluation of competencies through internal systems and others such as individual career development plans alongside HRP
4. Identify and develop internal and external suppliers to meet expectations of time, quality and cost required.
5. Administration of training and learning KPIs to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
6. Implement the training and development plans.
7. Manage training plans through IT tools
8. Develop and run tools to assess training effectiveness
9. Ensure the quality of learning plans.
10. Comply with legal and labor local requirements

1. Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
2. Advanced English language skills
3. 3-5 years of HR experience in different areas (Organizational Development, training, and development)
