Internship AI Engineering Intern - Manufacturing & Logistics

• During your internship, you actively shape the development of an innovative AI integration layer for our manufacturing and logistics platform by connecting relevant systems and services via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Furthermore, you develop and implement pioneering AI solutions and prototypes using the AI/GenAI platforms, tools, and services provided by Bosch.
• You collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to precisely capture requirements and seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and processes.
• In Addition, you contribute to defining guidelines and best practices for the development, documentation, deployment, and operation of AI solutions.
• You meticulously document AI use cases, solutions, architectures, and the insights gained during the process.
• Lastly, you persuasively present AI initiatives, prototypes, and results to technical teams and across the entire organization.

• Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field
• Experience and Knowledge: practical experience and a strong interest in generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and emerging AI technologies; proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python; familiarity with APIs, software integration, cloud technologies, or distributed systems
• Personality and Working Practice: you are able to analytically dissect complex problems, identify opportunities, and develop practical AI solutions from them; you communicate clearly and persuasively and collaborate constructively with technical and business stakeholders; you demonstrate a proactive attitude, independently acquire new technologies, and continuously expand your knowledge.
• Work Routine: with us, you benefit from a hybrid model that enables you to work 3 days in the office and remotely
• Languages: fluent in English and good in German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
