Job Description

Semiconductors are far more than tomorrow’s key technology. They are our core business – already today. Get on board and join us on this journey. Become part of an inspiring team at Bosch committed to develop leading-edge ASICs and SoCs. For innovating sustainable, safe and fascinating solutions for the mobility of tomorrow.

  • As a Mixed-Signal ASIC Design Engineer for Analog Frontends and ADCs you develop high performance analog interface circuits (incl. ADC/DAC) for mixed-signal SoC ASICs in automotive sensor modules. Examples are low noise frontends for ultrasound sensors, frontends for inertial sensors with very low offset drift or high speed frontends for radar applications. Therefore, you support drive layout and series test program development.
  • In close collaboration with our customers, you define precise requirements for new circuit solutions and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Furthermore, you develop and evaluate innovative concepts for signal analysis and processing, always focusing on achieving leading-edge solutions.
  • In your position, designing and verifying high-performance amplifiers, analog filters, ADCs, DACs, and dedicated supporting circuits are among your core responsibilities.
  • In addition, you create reference models of the complete signal path using Matlab/Simulink and/or Verilog-A to comprehensively simulate and validate functionality.
  • Last but not least, you take responsibility for validating samples and evaluating characterization and qualification results to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Education: completed university studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: practical experience in IC design, particularly in the design of low-noise amplifier and converter circuits; in-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes and solid-state devices; experience with state-of-the-art EDA software tools for schematic entry, simulation, layout, and design flows; practical experience with Matlab/Simulink
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are able to drive complex technical topics forward across departmental boundaries; you work in a structured, responsible, and goal-oriented manner; you communicate clearly and coordinate effectively within the team
  • Work Routine: while we embrace a hybrid working model, we primarily collaborate on site to foster close teamwork and direct exchange; depending on project requirements and day-to-day responsibilities, the level of on-site presence will be aligned
  • Languages: very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Application deadline up to and including 16th of September 2026.

In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 88.000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfillment of the eligibility requirements based on collective agreements) in the case of a comprehensive execution of job requirements. In addition, there is an individual, performance-related pay, a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan. We will be happy to discuss further details of our remuneration package, as well as (remuneration) development opportunities, with you during the application process.

We offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing. Feel free to contact us.

Diversity and inclusion are not just trends for us but are firmly anchored in our corporate culture. Therefore, we welcome all applications, regardless of gender, age, disability, religion, ethnic origin or sexual identity.
