Join AI Services as a senior individual contributor owning complex workstreams and major feature sets. 

You will turn solution direction into tested, production-ready products across software, data, AI, integration and operations, while mentoring engineers and strengthening shared delivery patterns.

Core Focus & Responsibilities 

• Own a complex workstream or major feature set from detailed design through release, operation and production support.
• Build AI-powered full-stack solutions across software, data, AI, integration and user experience.
• Create reliable contracts across data, services, AI components, user journeys and enterprise systems.
• Engineer safe model and agent behaviour through access controls, approved tools, evaluation, monitoring and fallback.
• Own versioning, compatibility, deployment, rollback, recovery, diagnostics and incident support.
• Review designs and code, mentor engineers and identify material technical, delivery, data, model and operational risks early.

Key Ingredients for Success

• Strong hands-on full-stack engineering across software, data, AI, integration, testing and operations.
• Advanced design capability across APIs, events, data flows, service boundaries, identity, durable state, audit and recovery.
• Deep AI service engineering across ML, LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, tool controls, monitoring and fallback.
• Secure delivery expertise spanning automated testing, CI/CD, observability, resilience and production support.
• Practical governance-by-design covering traceability, evidence, privacy, human approval and control-aware delivery.
• Clear technical communication, constructive challenge, mentoring, design review and code review capability.
