Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced UX Expert for service areas to join our growing team and play a key role in enhancing the user experience of our products and services in the Global Business Service such as logistics, finance, or HR sectors. As a UX Expert, you will be responsible for crafting seamless, intuitive, and impactful user experiences, focusing on the specific needs of our target audiences within these service domains. You will collaborate closely with UX champions, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive user satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users within logistics, finance, or HR environments.
  • Analyze business goals and translate them into user-centered design strategies for service applications.
  • Identify user personas and map user journeys to understand how users interact with products and services across various touchpoints.

UX Design:

  • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that reflect the optimal user experience for logistics, finance, or HR service platforms.
  • Ensure designs are accessible, user-friendly, and adhere to best practices in user-centered design.
  • Design responsive web and mobile experiences that cater to the specific needs of users within the respective industry (e.g., financial tools, HR platforms, logistics dashboards).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • You are responsible to conduct Innovation and Design Thinking workshops together with your customer.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate UX solutions seamlessly into the service development lifecycle.
  • Communicate design concepts and user insights to stakeholders, and advocate for the user’s perspective in discussions about business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with service/product managers to prioritize design solutions based on business objectives and user needs.

Testing & Iteration:

  • Plan and execute usability testing, A/B testing, and other user feedback mechanisms to validate design decisions.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and testing outcomes to continuously improve user experience.

New service development:

  • Identify potentials and needs within the organization to create great end to end solutions and services to reach a better customer experience, support the development of the digital business strategy, policy deployment and implementation of dashboards as well as reporting tools within the business.

  • Support the digital framework deployment, identify and engage change champions, establish an open community of decentralized change agents as well as redefine the talent management for the digital aga

You are characterized as a visionary and open-minded person. You are a team player, passionate about new technologies and you convince with your flexible and hands-on mentality. Thinking analytically, working strategically and conceptually

  • Experience: Several years (3-5) of relevant professional experience in the field of UX projects, User-centered-design methods. Ideally have previously worked with ServiceNow or Enterprise Service Management similar UX projects
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Joy of working with customer teams.
  • Qualifications: A post graduate information management or data governance qualification or at least three years' experience working within an information or data governance setting is an advantage; PBI, basic automation, data analytics, basic HTML is an advantage
  • Languages: very good English skills written and spoken, good German skills written and spoken is an advantage
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology or Interaction Design or Information Design or similar
